Introduction to Storyboarding Shot Sizes
Shot sizes are how much is being presented in film such as the setting or the subject in frame. We use shot size to decide how much we want to show the audience in our film, since we are creating a horror film my partner and I plan to manipulate the shot sizes to create an intensity in the film that leaves the audience wanting to watch more.
The shot sizes we picked are done to emphasize the mood of the film and experiment to get a good idea of how we want to set up our film, by creating different scenarios of what our protagonist can do or interact with others/items in frame.
